Welcome to Masters of MX. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Masters of MX’s relationship with you in relation to this website.
 
The term Masters of MX or Masters or us or we refers to the owner of the website; Masters of Sports Limited trading as Masters of MX. Our company registration number: 10569703. The term you refers to the user or viewer of our website.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
 
Terms of Sale (Please read this section carefully before placing an order)


These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Masters of Sports Limited trading as Masters of MX.
 
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase is extremely simple, you can browse and search through the shop selecting as many products to add to your shopping cart as you wish. When you have finished your selection, click on the ‘Checkout’ button and then you will need to simply fill out a few details that we require to complete your order.
 
The products are subject to availability. If after we accept your order, we find that the products are out of stock, unavailable or we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will then offer you a full refund for any sum that has been paid by your original payment method.
 
We make every effort to ensure that the prices for the products shown on this website are accurate at the time that you place an order. If an error is found within 14 days after accepting your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel your order. If we do not receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will then be cancelled automatically. If you decide to cancel your order, or if the order is cancelled automatically, due to the expiry of the 14-day period, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your debit or credit card.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Delivery Schedule
We will aim to deliver your products as soon as possible; the standard delivery time for UK mainland is typically 2-4 working days. Any orders placed after 4pm Monday to Friday will be processed the next morning. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed Monday. If there is a delay and the delivery may fall outside our expected delivery time for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible. Free delivery is not applicable to electric bikes.

If you have chosen to collect your order from our Rayleigh store, we will contact you when we receive your order to let you know when it will be ready for collection. This is normally between 24-48 hours after your order has been received.

Please note that printed or customised items, such as mx jerseys, will add a further 1-2 days to normal despatch times.

Back Orders
If you order an item, which isn’t in stock then we will place the product on a backorder. Due to the nature of the products we sell, it is not possible to stock every possible variable. However, as we have a very close relationship with our suppliers and we aim to have all non-stocked products with us inside one working day, ready to ship. If by chance the product ordered is not in stock, in store or in stock at the suppliers we will notify you; you then have the chance to carry on with the order and place it on the backorder or cancel the order.

Jersey Printing Service
Masters of MX offer a jersey printing service with online orders. This allows customers to add a name and number to the reverse of their jersey before it is despatched out to them. Please note this service adds an additional 2 days to your despatch time - if you require a shorter turnaround please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.  Our team will send you a proof to approve before printing. The price includes one round of amendments, changes after this or new designs will be chargeable after this.

This online printing service is for kits and jerseys purchased via Masters of MX only. We do not accept jerseys via the post for printing.

If you are looking for something a little different and outside our standard templates, we can provide custom prints at a cost - please contact us to discuss this service.

Once a jersey has been printed it is not eligible for return or exchange. If you purchased the kit (jersey and pant set) the entire set is not eligible for return or exchange.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Returns Policy

Our top priority is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction which involves making sure you are happy with your products and our service.

If you're not completely satisfied with an item and it is unused, undamaged and unfitted you can return it to us within 45 days of purchase for a full refund.  Items must be returned complete with unremoved tags and in the original condition / packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept the return or exchange of underwear, swimwear or printed kits unless faulty. Printed kits are sold as a jersey and pant set and cannot be exchanged.

All clothing must be free of hair, makeup, deodorant products or smoke/tobacco/vape smells - any products returned to us with any of the aforementioned may not be subject to a full refund.
