2016 FOX V3 MX HELMETS | PRODUCT REVIEW
APRIL 18, 2016
Check out the new 2016 Fox V3 Motocross Helmets right here! The 2016 Fox Racing range was one of the most anticipated ever with the introduction of Flexair, and with Fox being major players in the Helmet market we wanted to show in detail the features and styles of the new premium 2016 Fox V3 Helmet.
The Fox V3 Helmet has always been a championship riders helmet, with names like Chad Reed, Ricky Carmichael, Ken roczen and Ryan Dungey using this premium equipment, its clear this helmet is built for the pros. The Fox V3 Helmet had a complete revise and remodel in 2015, where we saw the familiar features we came to love in years past reinstated on this already amazing design.
Fox are known for heritage in motocross and the 2016 Fox V3 Helmet incorporates just that with its original shape that we come to recognose in the Fox Helmet apearance. On the technical side, for 2016, the Fox V3 uses Composite Carbon as a shell construction, a Dual Density EPS Liner, and anti rotation technology with MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Proitection System), these are its key features along with awesome ventilation, 14 intake and 4 exhaust vents.
For choice of style and colour we're spolit with 4 lines. the line features hi-vis Flo Yellow, arguably the colour of the season and some more lo key block race inspired themes to suit the rider looking for a more traditional style. To start with, we have to introduce the key item as shown above on Carey Hart, the 2016 Fox V3 Cauz Helmet. Definately one of the brightest helmets ever made! This helmet is made to match the 2016 Fox 360 Cauz Kit and takes an animal inspired theme, incorparting the leopard print and large Fox Head. Yellow and purple being complimenary colours this is the perfect combination to have you stand out on the track. The Fox V3 Cauz Helmet comes in Red as an alternative colour option.
Another style in the V3 line is the 2016 Fox V3 Shiv Helmet, offering more of a race inspired graphic, with Aqua, Black/White and Orange colour options. Something alternative for the rider keen to stand out with bold bright colours, is the 2016 Fox V3 Divizion Helmet which matches perfectly with the 2016 Fox 360 Divizion Kit. Taking race inspired themes and mixing it with cool colours this MX helmet is definately diffrent to what we've seen before.
