Terms of Sale (Please read this section carefully before placing an order) These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Masters of MX Limited Making a Purchase Making a purchase is extremely simple, you can browse and search through the shop selecting as many products to add to your shopping cart as you wish. When you have finished your selection, click on the ‘Checkout’ button and then you will need to simply fill out a few details that we require to complete your order. The products are subject to availability. If after we accept your order, we find that the products are out of stock, unavailable or we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will then offer you a full refund for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your debit or credit card. We make every effort to ensure that the prices for the products shown on this website are accurate at the time that you place an order. If an error is found within 14 days after accepting your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel your order. If we do not receive an order reconfirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will then be cancelled automatically. If you decide to cancel your order, or if the order is cancelled automatically, due to the expiry of the 14-day period, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your debit or credit card. Secure Payments Through Sage Pay We use Sage Pay for our online credit and debit card processing. All card information is sent to Sage Pay encrypted by 128-bit security Shipping and Handling See Shipping Information click here Delivery Schedule We will aim to deliver your products as soon as possible; the standard delivery time for UK mainland is usually 2-5 working days. Any orders placed after 4pm Monday to Friday will be processed the next morning. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed first thing Monday morning. If there is a delay and the delivery may fall outside our expected delivery time for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible. Back Orders If you order an item, which isn’t in stock then we will place the product on a backorder. Due to the nature of the products we sell, it is not possible to stock every possible variable. However, as we have a very close relationship with our suppliers and we aim to have all non-stocked products with us inside one working day, ready to ship. If by chance the product ordered is not in stock, in store or in stock at the suppliers we will notify you; you then have the chance to carry on with the order and place it on the backorder or cancel the order. We have set out the Return & Exchange policies below: Should you need to return any item, we must be contacted within 14 days of you receiving your products/goods. Items must be returned complete with unremoved tags and in the original condition / packaging. Any products/goods returned to Masters of MX for any reason must be returned using a tracking method, e.g. Royal Mail Recorded delivery. Any products/goods being returned to Masters of MX that become lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the sender and NOT Masters of MX. No refunds/exchanges will be awarded in such a case. We cannot refund or exchange until the returned products/goods are returned to us and signed for. It is up to the customer to ensure the products/goods are returned in original condition. Items returned because they are damaged, faulty or sent incorrectly If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or faulty, we will (within reason) refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (by refunding your return postage costs up to £3.49). For large / heavy items please contact us and we will arrange a collection. At Masters of MX we take the quality of our products very seriously. We will check all items returned as damaged or faulty both instore and with our importers. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you. Items returned for exchange or refund Exchanges Please note that an additional £2.49 for small items or £3.49 for larger items will be required to cover postage costs for Mainland UK redeliveries, this will increase for deliveries outside of this area. We only charge cost for redeliveries Refunds Simply return the item(s) as mensioned above for exchanges. Again please do not remove any tags and maintain the item in its oriinal unused condition. We do suggest that you ship the goods back to us using a recorded delivery method that will give you insurance against loss or damages. Items Returned From Overseas Items returned from overseas must be marked clearly with "Returned Goods of UK origin" to allow UK Customs clearance. We will not accept any goods returned to us which have incurred Customs charges. Goods which have incurred charges will be refused. |
