Our top priority is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction which involves making sure you are happy with your products and our service. We have set out the Return & Exchange policies below:
Should you need to return any item, we must be contacted within 14 days of you receiving your products/goods. Items must be returned complete with unremoved tags and in the original condition / packaging.
Any products/goods returned to Masters of MX for any reason must be returned using a tracking method, e.g. Royal Mail Recorded delivery. Any products/goods being returned to Masters of MX that become lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the sender and NOT Masters of MX. No refunds/exchanges will be awarded in such a case. We cannot refund or exchange until the returned products/goods are returned to us and signed for. It is up to the customer to ensure the products/goods are returned in original condition.
Items returned because they are damaged, faulty or sent incorrectly
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or faulty, we will (within reason) refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (by refunding your return postage costs up to £3.49).
For large / heavy items please contact us and we will arrange a collection.
At Masters of MX we take the quality of our products very seriously. We will check all items returned as damaged or faulty both instore and with our importers. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Items returned for exchange or refund
Please note that an additional £2.49 for small items or £3.49 for larger items will be required to cover postage costs for Mainland UK redeliveries, this will increase for deliveries outside of this area. We only charge cost for redeliveries
Simply return the item(s) as mensioned above for exchanges. Again please do not remove any tags and maintain the item in its oriinal unused condition. We do suggest that you ship the goods back to us using a recorded delivery method that will give you insurance against loss or damages.
Items Returned From Overseas
Items returned from overseas must be marked clearly with "Returned Goods of UK origin" to allow UK Customs clearance. We will not accept any goods returned to us which have incurred Customs charges. Goods which have incurred charges will be refused.
